The route
What you'll do
This position is home daily. You'll primarily travel the Allentown, PA area, with occasional travel outside those lanes based on need.
- Move trailers that need repair or service from the terminal and surrounding customers to the shop
- Move trucks and trailers to and from dealers for repairs
- Recover abandoned trucks and trailers
- Light shop cleaning when trailer and truck recoveries are light
- Occasional multi-stop temperature-controlled loads — on-time delivery and temperature monitoring are critical
Pay
What you'll earn
$22/hour
$0.20/hour raise on your 1-year anniversary and each year thereafter, maxing out on the 20th anniversary of employment.
Compensation rates are subject to change by WEL's management. All changes will be communicated to drivers before they go into effect.
