The route
What you'll do
This position is home daily. You'll primarily travel the Green Bay, WI area, with occasional travel outside this area based on need.
- Shuttle loads to Belgioioso Cheese and back
- When work is light, shuttle trailers from customers to the terminal or run other short loads that fit within your clock
- These are temperature-controlled loads — on-time delivery and temperature monitoring are critical
Pay
What you'll earn
$20.25/hour
$17.25 hourly + $3/hour per diem
$0.20/hour raise on your 1-year anniversary and each year thereafter, maxing out on the 20th anniversary of employment.
Compensation rates are subject to change by WEL's management. All changes will be communicated to drivers before they go into effect.
